Conveyor with easy clean Operation
The brief was to design an elevating conveyor which carry sausage rolls to be very easy to clean. The elevators have a feed hoppers which are fully welded, the conveyors have flighted blue modular belts which run in blue U-H-M-W-P wear strips the internal construction was made with minimal ledges.
The easy clean conveyors were fitted with an internal and external high pressure spray systems which is connected at the end of every shift.

The side plates, legs and internal components were all fabricated from stainless steel.
The conveyors were angled at 45 and 39 degrees to feed the form full and seal machines.
