The next project was a repeat order for an existing customer to manufacture additional conveyors as part of a wet wipe production line to go through a 90 degree curved angle.

Conveyor Operations

1 off Plastic Modular Belt Conveyor 300mm wide x 920mm long x 90 degree bend (curved to the right viewed from feed side x 920mm long 860mm high.

The Conveyor is mounted on a box section framework supplied with adjustable feet +50mm.

A shaft mounted geared motor drive unit was included supplied with locally mounted isolator. The drive & isolator position were on the R Hand side viewed from the feed end.

Discharge end side section has angled cut away to accommodate additional Mini Belt infeed angled underneath.

General construction is grade 304 stainless steel and food quality materials where possible.

In addition to the modular bend conveyor there is a small mini belt conveyor.

Small Mini Grip Belt Conveyor Operations

1 Mini Belt Conveyor 300mm wide x 1200mm long x 650-850mm inclined height approx at an angle of 8 degrees. The belt was black grip face.

The small conveyor was mounted on box section framework with adjustable feet +50mm.

A motorized drum end drive unit was included to allow unrestricted access from either side, an isolator was fitted between the front legs and the electrical connection will be mounted to the Right Hand side viewed from the feed end.

There is an overrun plate supplied with pop out roller bolted on to the discharge 300mm wide x 400mm long.

Belt Speed 8 m/min
