Automated DePalletiser handling bulk Glass UK

Description

Our project was to manufacture a cost effective budget semi de pal machine to enable the unloading of glass jars in bulk from their pallets. Often refered to a Depalletizer.

How it works

Pallets of Jars are loaded by forklift onto the automated chain and arrive at the depalletizer for unloading.

pallets are lifted to 1st layer and the automated arm sweeps to discharge the layer of jars onto the blue modular belting the arm is then retracted and the process is repeated until all the jars have been completely discharged.
