Tray Handling Conveyor Operation
1 No. Case & Crate Type Conveyor being a twin lane of chain at 205mm centres x approx 3000mm long x 965mm high to top of chain. The chains run in steel channels, and the infeed has a 300mm long fixed top cover.
The discharge is open and feeds onto a gravity conveyor . Part way along the conveyor length is a spray booth.
The conveyor is mounted on a box section framework and comes with adjustable feet +50mm. A shaft mounted geared motor drive & variable speed stop/start/control unit was included.
