Flighted Conveyors Operation

1 No. Flighted Inclined Belt Conveyor 600mm wide x 4500mm long at 45 degrees, the belt had a central tracking strip and comes with 70mm high flights @ 250mm pitches.

Complete with fixed side guides 100mm high run the length of the conveyor, tight against the belt edge and curved over at the end. There is a belt release mechanism for cleaning, and bolt on under guards were included.

Product is received via an infeed hopper and product discharges into a hopper.

The conveyor was mounted on a box section frame with adjustable feet +50mm; a fixed speed shaft mounted geared motor end drive unit was included.

General construction is stainless grade 304 and food quality materials where possible
