Plastic Belt System for Veggies

Conveyor Description

To manufacture a plastic belt conveyor handling unwrapped sliced vegetable products, passing through a chilling section, fed by a grilling machine & removed by hand and placed in trays for further processing.

Veggie Handling System
Product:	Sliced vegetable products approx: 3mm thick typically courgette's, asparagus & sweet potato.
Speed:	0-3 metres per minute variable
Environment:	Hose down wash

Conveyor Details

1 Plastic Modular Belt Veg Conveyor being 450mm wide x 8000mm long x 900mm high. The side sections were angled down and the belt is of an open design to aid effective cooling and ease of cleaning.

The conveyor is mounted on a box section framework and comes with adjustable feet +50mm. General construction is grade 304 st st and food quality materials where ever possible.

A shaft mounted geared motor drive and variable speed stop / start / control unit was included.

This conveyor is intended to have a chilling section fitted around it this was supplied by another manufacturer.
