Conveyor for Mushrooms

Vegetable Conveyor Description

To manufacture two plastic belt conveyors handling packs of mushrooms feeding to and receiving from an existing 3-way diverter. Conveying packs of mushrooms in packs of 140mm to 170mm wide and 180mm to 270mm long at a fixed speed of 45m/min

Mini Belt Conveyor Supplied

• Diverter Feed: 1 No. Mini Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor being 260mm wide x 2000mm long 800mm high c/w adjustable low level rod side guides. Conveyor was mounted on a tripod style leg/box section framework with adjustable feet +50mm.

Modular Plastic Belt Conveyor

• Diverter Receive: 1 No. Plastic Modular Belt Conveyor being 820mm wide x 4000mm long x 800mm high c/w adjustable low level rod side guiding to suit across the three 3 lanes. The conveyor was mounted on a box section framework c/w adjustable feet +50mm. The belt has a “slippery” surface.
  We also included a gravity transfer roller between the conveyor infeed and the diverter.

General construction of above was grade 304 stainless steel and food quality materials where possible, shaft mounted geared motor drives c/w stop/start/isolator control units were also included.
