Food Rotating Lazy Suzan for Cereal

This project involved the fabrication of a rotary turntable handling cereals being dropped from above.

Lazy Susan Description

Rotary Turntable manufactured using food grade stainless steel 1500mm Dia.

Rotating Table Operation

1 off Rotary Turntable being 1500mm diameter x 765mm high comes with fixed 105mm high circumferential side guides without feed opening.

The unit as a whole is mounted on a box section frame, and has a fully enclosed, support framework with adjustable braked castors +50mm.

General construction is stainless steel grade 304 and food quality materials where ever possible. A shaft mounted geared motor drive was included.
