Unwrapped Products Conveyor Operation
Conveyor “A” Converter Discharge:-
1 off Lower Plastic Modular Belt Conveyor 300mm wide x 625mm long x 90 degree bend x 2655mm long inclined at approx 2 degrees x height range 695-840mm. The drive was positioned on the left hand side viewed from the infeed and placed within 750mm of the discharge end to miss a column. Belt Speed 35 m/min.
Conveyor “A1” Flow Wrap Infeed:-
1 off Small Belt Conveyor Transfer 300mm wide x 1000mm long x 840mm high supplied with knife edge end transfers. The drive was placed on the right hand side viewed from the infeed. Belt Speed 35 m/min.

Wrapped Product Operation
Conveyor “B” Flow Wrapper Discharge:-
1 Plastic Modular Belt Conveyor 250mm wide x 675mm long x 90 degree bend x 560mm long x 840mm high. The drive was placed on the R. H. side viewed from the in feed. Belt Speed 35 m/min.
Conveyor “C” Yamato Infeed:-
1 Belt Conveyor 300mm wide x 1800mm long inclined at approx 13 degrees from 840-1265mm high supplied with 750mm long pneumatically operated side sweep arm (positioned within the last 1000mm of the conveyor) and chute to drop into Customers bin (positioned on the R. H. side viewed from the infeed).
The sweep arm will be supplied with a pneumatic cylinder piped to a 5 port D/A solenoid valve 24Vdc; Customer provided mains air.
There was also turn post unit supplied and fitted by Customer. The drive will be positioned on the L. H. side viewed from the infeed. Belt Speed 35 m/min.
